Summer Salad Snapshot: Fried Camembert

Here it is, another little summer salad dinner and my last bit of gluten for probably forever. This may involve half a wheel of camembert per person for dinner, but it also fuelled my rugby training and I didn't even come back hungry. So stop whinging about calories and just choose to see this yummy little thing as a good filler upper.

I double dipped the camembert in breadcrumbs and the salad was simply an all Kentish cucumber, purple spring onions and plum tomato concoction. Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze and you're golden like...er...deep fried breaded camembert. Yeah.
