Raw Onion Bread - Day 2 & 3 Raw Food Challenge
So, I've had this idea in my head for like a pea and mint gazpacho soup for dinner tonight, but I hadn't planned this morning's breakfast and ended up making a very sludgey green smoothie. So, apparently today is an accidental green liquids day. Yippee.
Because I didn't want to just have liquids, I dug out my dehydrator and made a raw onion bread thing to go with my soup. It's lush. It's basically what I eat now.
Weight on scale: 10st 8 (well, 10.7.6, so I'm rounding up.)
10st 9 (same deal as yesterday)
Skin: Still pale and tired. Not quite as tight and crispy feeling as it has been. Maybe a slight yellow tinge, maybe the light in here.
Energy levels: OK. Pottering along slowly.
Focus: I am managing to focus on this, which is good. And will hopefully mean I feel better soon and can then focus on other things again.
Emotions: Meh. No strong feelings right now. Just need to feel better overall.
Feeling within myself: my teeth have been feeling weird and I had an earache start last night to accompany this cough and snot. So, not great. I feel OK ish despite that, but would quite like the earache to clear up. May have ruptured my ear drum blowing my nose and I have a very sore spot on my lip.
