Sloppy Seconds Cheap & Easy Hot Pot Update

Just a quick photo post update to finish off my last entry.

So, I've come to the conclusion my pie is actually more of a hotpot. Whatever it is though, it's bloody delicious, it's rich, and warm, and moreish and just a massive bowl of comfort and mmmmmm.

After browning, sprinkling a mixture of Red Leicester & Double Gloucester on top and preparing some bacon & garlic brussel sprouts to accompany it, I dove in and can confirm that ingredients which have been through the dinner making process twice definitely taste better than anything else, ever. Fact.
